RETURN OF MERCHANDISE
The customer will have a period of 48 hours from receipt of the product to send Casa Palma any claim in relation to the product supplied. After this period, the products will be considered as compliant by the customer. The claim must be made via email mailto:casapalmapty@gmail.com indicating in the subject “Return of Merchandise” adding your order and invoice number.
Casa Palma is not responsible and reserves the right to reject possible returns in the case of merchandise in poor condition due to improper use or damage during transport. Product returns will only be accepted in the following cases:
Defective product: In case of a defective product, the management will be accepted directly to our email mailto:casapalmapty@gmail.com or to our whatsapp by presenting the invoice sent to your email within a period of no more than 3 days. Its original packaging is required. After this period, it is not possible to make changes or returns. In the case of accessories, wallets, bags or footwear, these cannot have traces of having been used and must have the original labels, seals or original packaging. This does not apply to underwear, swimwear or items that pose a health risk to the user once they have been purchased.
EXCHANGE POLICIES
In case the customer wishes to make a change to the product, this will always be processed through our store. Casa Palma by presenting the invoice sent to your email, within a period of no more than 15 days. Its original packaging is required. After this period, it is not possible to make changes or returns. In the case of clothing, accessories, wallets, bags, or footwear, these cannot have traces of having been used and must have the original labels, seals or original packaging. This does not apply to underwear, swimwear or items that pose a health risk to the user once they have been purchased.
Any merchandise that is on special sale or reduced price is not considered subject to exchange or return.
